  • Deceased Pet pick-up for cremation (no euthanasia service, pet already passed) is $200 within our service area. The cremation cost will be additional based on communal or private cremation and weight of your pet. Surcharges will apply for dogs over 90lbs.

EUTHANASIA (CREMATION NOT INCLUDED):
This service includes a mobile veterinarian traveling to your home, unrushed house call time, sedation injection with anesthesia and humane euthanasia injection. Your pet’s remains are left under your care for proper burial. Local ordinances regarding home burial may apply and are the responsibility of the pet owner.

Pets under 25 lbs: $375

Pets 26-50lb: $400

Dogs over 50 lbs: $475

Dogs over 100 lbs: $600
 
EUTHANASIA AND COMMUNAL CREMATION (NO RETURN OF ASHES):
This option includes a mobile veterinarian traveling to your home, unrushed house call time, sedation injection with anesthesia, humane euthanasia, dignified transportation of your pet and communal cremation with no ashes returned. (For pawprint keepsake, add additional $45 to listed prices below.)

Pets under 50 lbs: $525

50-100 lbs: $625

over 100 lbs: $745

Pets > 100 lbs will need the help of the family to carry your loved one to our vehicle unless you have arranged for a crematory pickup prior.

EUTHANASIA AND PRIVATE CREMATION (RETURN OF ASHES):

This option includes a mobile veterinarian traveling to your home, unrushed house call time, sedation injection, humane euthanasia, dignified transportation of your pet and private cremation. Private cremation includes a rosewood urn, keepsake fur clipping and paw print.

Pets 25 lbs and under: $675

Pets 26 to 50 lbs: $725

Pets 51 to 100 lbs: $825

Pets 100 to 150 lbs: $945

  • QUALITY OF LIFE CONSULT:   $ 300

    • A complete physical exam with thorough evaluation of your pet's condition and assessment of quality of life.

    • Discussion of disease concerns and what to expect as their illness progresses

    • Discussion about potential medications, environmental improvements, and the plan and timing for euthanasia

    • This visit does not include the dispensing of medications or ongoing management of your pet’s care. If this is needed, veterinary care at a vet hospital or mobile hospice service may be recommended.

    • We understand if you are not ready to euthanize but if after our consultation you decide it is time, we may be able to perform humane euthanasia at the same appointment. However, please understand that we may need a separate appointment time for the euthanasia in order to proceed on to helping our other patients.

    • The cost of euthanasia is additional to the quality of life consult fee.

ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT MAY APPLY:

  • Travel/fuel charge outside of normal service area 

  • Handling fee (excessively dirty such as parasites on pet; example: fleas, fly larvae, etc)

  • Animals exceeding specific weight limits
